RETURN POLICY
You can shop with confidence at STORE as every product we ship is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Certain conditions and/or restrictions may apply.
Shortage – Discrepancies in shipment or damaged merchandise claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it in good condition within 15 days for refund. Please call for authorization to return merchandise. We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized orders unless it is to correct a mistake on STORE’s part. We also cannot accept returns for “Clearance” items.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#’s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a $4.50 reprocessing fee or 15% of the return amount, whichever is greater.
STORE reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, — if accepted — will not be credited for the full purchase price.
